I find it hard to recommend any improvements. I found absolutely no fault with either the service or the staff. All were excellent and polite and exceedingly pleasent 10 out of 10 and very thorough.

The MDU team are amazing, friendly, helpful and nothing is to much trouble. The main out patients reception however are not very attentive and leave you waiting for ages in a huge queue.

I received great care as always on Smithers Ward. I had a nasty bug and was admitted then moved to a single room. All the staff constantly popped in when they could and i never felt lonely.
I had swift responses when i need to pull the cord. Overall a comfortable very pleasent stay. There were occassions where the ward was short staffed but they all still stepped up to continue care.
